AAA Investments are the owners of the 15-acre plus location that’s rapidly establishing itself as Mirfield / Huddersfield's premier distribution and manufacturing hub. Located in close proximity to Junction 25 of the M62, the first phase was completed and let in 2019.
The second phase of Moor Park 25 delivered five further industrial buildings, each ranging between 19,500 – 59,000 sq. ft, providing a total 180,000 sq. ft of versatile new logistics and commercial space. Both phases combined at AAA Park (Moor Park 25) consists of over 250,000 sq. ft of institutional grade industrial space.
