A 357,000 sq ft retail distribution centre. Originally purchased by the Chima family at 100,000 sq ft.
As a result of significant growth by the tenant, a six-month extension project was initiated increasing the unit by 50,000 sq ft, including 8 new loading bay facilities, new access roadways and a new car park.
The project was completed on time and on budget with minimal impact to the everyday business of Clipper.
The Chima family sold the asset to Sladen Estates who continued to develop the building to its current form.
